Annual Appraisal Interview

 

The annual appraisal interview allows you to assess your efficiency but not only that! It allows you to analyze your past actions and to prepare the future. It is a bilateral discussion during which we talk about the results and the achievement of objectives.

On the anniversary of your arrival in the company, and once a year thereafter, you do an annual progress review.
Conducted by your business manager, this annual interview allows you to discuss the essential themes of your career, such as your status or your remuneration, but also :
